DiGi Internet pula...

Assalamualaikum



Sibuk sikit beberapa hari sebelum ni.. apa yang disibukkan pun tak tahulah.. tak sempat lagi nak BW. Ada masa saya singgah ya..

Berbalik pada tajuk entri.. malam ni buat kali pertamanya online menggunakan perkhidmatan DiGi ;) untuk digunakan dalam broadband celcom yang lama dan untuk access internet menggunakan laptop. Prepaid je senang.. nak guna top up taknak guna tak payahlah top up. Harganya RM25 termasuk boleh melayari internet selama 5 hari. Beli terus boleh guna.

Nak tahu lanjut boleh rujuk FAQ di bawah yang panjang berjela atau pergi ke website DiGi. Nak guna kena buat kajian dulu... bukan macam saya yang main beli je.. mengikut sepupu ayah Iman kalau top up RM10 boleh guna untuk 5 hari. Itu untuk yang daftar sebelum 1 Mac 2011, selepas tarikh tu hanya boleh guna untuk 2 hari sahaja :( Melainkan kalau top up RM100 boleh guna selama 100 hari.. yang ni barulah untung.

A3Each starter kit cost RM25; preloaded with 5 days data access.
Q4Where can I get one?
A4You can purchase your Limited Edition Prepaid Internet pack at selected DiGi Centres, DiGi Specialised Stores, DiGi Online Store, dealers and selected convenience stores nationwide.
Q5How do I get a Prepaid Internet Micro SIM card?
A5New customers can choose to opt for Micro SIM at the point of plan subscription. Existing customers can switch to a microSIM for a one-time payment of RM20. Get your Micro SIM from these outlets.
Q6Can I purchase a Micro SIM package online?
A6Prepaid Internet Micro SIM package is available for purchase at the DiGi Online Store.
Q7How will my service be activated?
A7Activation is seamless with the first data connection.

Q9Why can’t I make or receive any voice calls?

A10MMS, Outgoing SMS and Talktime Transfer, Talktime Advance and Super Long Life, Voicemail Services are not applicable on Limited Edition Prepaid Internet SIM Card.
Q11Can my friend transfer credit to my number?
A11No, this plan does not allow you to receive or perform any talktime transfer.

Q16How many days validity do I get for every reload?

Starting from 1st March 2011 onwards, all new activation will get new reload validity. However, existing customers (activated before 1st March 2011) will still enjoy the existing reload validity.

Important:
Your data access is based on your reload validity. So the more you reload, the longer validity you get. The reload validity for the Limited Edition Prepaid Internet is different than other DiGi Prepaid plans even though the reload coupons or vouchers are the same. Should there be any discrepancies on the reload validity, the one above shall prevail.
Q17How does it work?

If another reload has been activated before the expiry of the existing reload amount, the expiry date will be extended, based on the new reload amount purchased.

Q18What’s the minimum reload?

The minimum reload is RM10. For detailed reload denomination and validity, please refer to A16.
Q19Can I still reload when my line is active?
A19Yes. However your existing validity will not be rolled-over to your next reload. The new reload validity shall prevail.
Q20Where can I purchase the reload coupon?
A20You can purchase the reload coupons at many convenient locations nationwide including dealers’ outlets, selected ATMs, pharmacies, department stores, petrol stations and convenience stores except Flexi e-load reload coupons.
Q21Can I subscribe to Automatic Reload?
A21Automatic Reload is not applicable for this plan.

Q23How to perform reload from different number?

A25Account or credit balance is not applicable for this plan. Data access will only be based on the reload validity.

CHANGE OF PLAN
Q28I am an existing subscriber with DiGi Prepaid. Can I switch to Limited Edition Prepaid Internet?

No, you may not. DiGi Prepaid and DiGi Postpaid subscribers are not allowed to switch their subscriptions to Limited Edition Prepaid Internet.
Q29Can I switch from Limited Edition Prepaid Internet Plan to other call plans?
A29No. Currently, switching to other call plans are not allowed.

Q31My SIM card is lost, how to get the new replacement?
A31In the event of any loss or stolen SIM card, DiGi will not be liable or obligated to refund or replace any remaining credit balance or validity, the SIM card itself or your mobile phone number.
Q32What should I do if my SIM Card is faulty?
A32You can walk into our DiGi Centres for SIM card replacement but you must bring along the faulty SIM card.
Q33What will happen to the existing validity?
A33Validity will remain the same
Q34What will happen if my SIM card is terminated?
A34You may no longer use the service. You will need to purchase a new Limited Edition Prepaid Internet pack.
Q35What is the usage limit for this plan?

The total usage limit (quota) for this plan is 3GB monthly.

Your internet usage speed might be throttled according to our Fair Usage Policy (FUP). However, there are no additional usage fees if you exceed the quota.
Q37What is the speed or usage volume under fair usage policy (FUP)?
A37The Fair Usage Policy speed is 128 kbps. Reloading will not change the Fair Usage Policy speed.
Q38Error message “Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed.” What should I do?
A38Your SIM card has been restricted due to expired validity. You’ll need to reload for data access.

  4. saya guna juga celcom tapi seperti yang diberitahu dalam entri sebelum ni.. saya dah masukkan dalam iPad. simcard iPad tak sama mcm broadband. Kecil. Jadi tak boleh guna dua-dua. Tu yang terpaksa beli prepaid DiGi utk broadband ;)
